About the Author

Kathy King is the author of The Cat Preacher, a debut book born not from a writing career but from a desire to share. Kathy put into words what years of living had quietly been teaching her that God's lessons shows up in the most unexpected places, including the cat you thought it was just a pet.

A lifelong animal lover, Kathy has rescued cats from the shelters, streets, supported those who care for animals at their own expense, and witnessed firsthand the grace that animals carry without even trying. It was through her cats that Kathy came to a deeper understanding of love, trust, and faith — the kind that makes no logical sense given what you are going through.

Through The Cat Preacher, Kathy invites readers into that same peace — whether they come for the cats, for the faith, or simply out of curiosity. All are welcome here.
